We are a locally owned and operated business in Bertram, TX. Our storage facility is conveniently located close to all of the highland lakes, and off the busy highway as well. We have monitored security cameras and guard lights throughout the facility, to ensure your property, whether it be a boat, RV or even a vehicle is protected.

R&D’s entrance has a secure automated gate with a keypad. Each individual is assigned their own unique pass code for entering and leaving the storage facility so you will have access to your property 24/7. In addition, we do live on the property, giving you that added peace of mind and are available in a moment’s notice should a problem arise.
